Fruity Bonbons

If you were at our stand during Be:Fit London, Business Design Centre then you would have experienced these wonderful treats!


It is actually a favourite of Justin St Paul and definitely a more-ish kind of bite that will leave a lovely sweet taste on your mouth without the guilt (; These Fruity Bonbons are fun and easy to prepare, if you have any helpers (little or adult size) then they can help you to make them into bonbon shapes or whatever shape you want!


Ingredients 


120g Rolled Oats


30g Desiccated Coconut 3


0g Whey Protein Isolate or Pea Protein Isolate Unflavoured


2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)


25g Chopped Cranberry


½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste


2 tbsp Bramley Apple Sauce


1 tbsp Rice Molasses or Agave syrup


2 tbsp Water (until firm, sticky consistency)


Method 


1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed


2. Roll into "bonbon" shape using your hands.


3. Place in a container to set in the fridge at least 15-20 minutes
