We’ve already told you how versatile our Super Berry Overnight Oats are but did you know you could make amazingly tasty pancakes with them? Just add water!


Really it’s as simple as that with this incredible 2-ingredient pancake recipe.


You may top it with 15 different toppings but making the pancakes themselves couldn’t be more simple. Give it a try.


Pancake Ingredients


50g Super Berry Overnight Oats


50ml water


Toppings


Fruits, yoghurt


We used apricots, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.


Pancake Method



  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Mix the oats with water in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture into the pan, making sure it spreads out into pancake shape and cook for 4-5 minutes then flip and cook for 4 minutes more.

  4. Serve with coconut yoghurt, apricot, and maple syrup. Feel free to add whatever toppings you wish in the pancake!
