These energy balls are filled with ingredients that are going to replenish glycogen and help with muscle repair making them perfect for pre, during and post run.

Energy Balls Ingredients

140g Super Berry Overnight Oats

2tbsp almond butter

2tbsp honey

50ml almond milk

1 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla or Whey Protein Classic Vanilla


1tbsp almond butter

1tbsp Nutristrength Coconut Oil, melted

1tsp honey


Energy Balls Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Roll into balls.

  3. Then take one ball at a time and spoon the glaze on the top of the energy balls.

  4. Place them in freezer until hardened about 10 minutes.

  5. Keep the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for several months.
