Why are energy balls such a great option for runners?
Unlike some energy and protein bars that you can pick up in the supermarket, the ingredients in these energy balls are nothing but WHOLE foods. What’s more, you can actually carry these on a run for fuel.
Their small size makes them calorie controlled so, when post-run hunger strikes you can better judge exactly what you need to re-fuel.
These energy balls are filled with ingredients that are going to replenish glycogen and help with muscle repair making them perfect for pre, during and post run.
Because they’re made with all natural sugars, you’re not going to a spike – and subsequent crash! – of energy. Give them a try!
