Sweet, sweet Chia Seed Pudding. Make your own using this simple Nutristrength recipe. Save to your favourites immediately!
Layered Chia Pudding Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Banana Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 cup Greek Style Soya Yoghurt (or Greek Yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
Ingredients for the layers
- 1/2 cup raspberries (mashed with a fork)
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
Instructions
For the Chia Seed Pudding
- Add the chia seeds to a bowl and add the milk, yoghurt, protein powder, and agave syrup
- Cover and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to soak
For the layered breakfast
- Once the chia seeds have soaked, take them out of the fridge and give them a stir. If they feel 'stiff' add a little more milk and stir again
- In your jar, add half of the chia seeds, top with mashed raspberries add the remaining chia pudding and almond butter and top with coconut cream
