Holy crepe! No more boring protein snacks. This simple recipe really does taste as good as it looks. There's only one way to find out - try it for yourself!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
- 60g oat flour (or 80g all-purpose flour)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 100 ml soya milk
- 100 ml sparking water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- coconut oil
Protein crepes method
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder and Nutristrength pea protein vanilla protein powder
- Add in the egg, egg whites, water and milk. Whisk until combined and no lumps
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat
- Pour the batter into the pan, evenly and thinly coating the surface
- Cook for 2-3 minutes (until the crepe begins to form holes)
- Gently flip the crepe over with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side
- Repeat until you have used all the batter
- Roll and slice to use as “noodles”
- Serve with yoghurt, chocolate sauce, blueberries & raspberries
