Chocolate layer
- 1 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
- 2tbsp cacao powder
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 150ml almond milk
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Coffee layer
- 50ml whipped double cream or coconut cream
- 1 Shot espresso, Raw Bean Coffee
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1tsp Pea Protein Vanilla
- Gently mix together
Decorate
- 1 tbsp crushed almonds
Instructions
- Starting with the chocolate mousse layer, add a thick layer of coffee cream on top of the chocolate one
- Finish with a layer of coffee cream
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set
- Finish with a tablespoon of crushed almonds on top and serve
