Our last two baked oats recipes, both the Chocolate Peanut Baked Oats and Cookie Dough Baked Oats, have been so popular we decided to give you more!
This latest recipe is great as fuel for a big day ahead giving you the energy you need. Top it however you choose with additional blueberries, peanut butter or jam and enjoy!
Baked Oats Ingredients
50g Super Berry Overnight Oats
2 tsp maple/date syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
15g peanut butter
110ml plant milk
Fruit layer
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp coconut sugar
Baked Oats Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° Mix the baked oats ingredients together, set aside.
- Mix frozen blueberries with coconut sugar in an ovenproof ramekin. Spoon the oat mixture over the top. Spread the mixture evenly!
- Top with an additional teaspoon of peanut butter and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
