Strawberry Kefir Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Layer 1:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats, gluten-free
1/2 cup water ½ scoop Whey Protein Isolate Mixed Strawberry
30ml agave syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup kefir
Layer 2 (strawberry puree):
1/3 cup fresh strawberries & raspberries
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Strawberry Kefir Overnight Oats Method:
- In a small bowl stir all the ingredients together and pour the mixture into a small mason jar. The mixture will be a bit runny.
- Blend berries, agave syrup and coconut yoghurt to a smooth consistency to make the strawberry puree.
- Spoon the puree on the top of the kefir mixture and top with fresh strawberries.
- Refrigerate overnight to set.
Tropical Delight Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Layer 1:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup water
Layer 2 (Vanilla Cream):
100g Tofu, medium-firm
1tbsp Pea Protein Classic vanilla or Whey Protein Classic Vanilla
2tbsp coconut cream
2tbsp coconut milk
1tsp vanilla powder or extract 30ml agave syrup
½ lemon (juice)
Topping:
Fresh mango, diced Fresh pineapple, diced Fresh melon, diced Coconut flakes, toasted
Tropical Overnight Oats Method
- Mix oats and water together and set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Blend the ‘layer 2’ vanilla cream ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the vanilla cream on top of the oats mixture and spoon the mixed fruits on top of the cream.
- Sprinkle with the toasted coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve cold.
Berry Vanilla Cheesecake Vegan Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Layer 1:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup water
Layer 2 (Vanilla Cream):
100g medium-firm tofu
1tbsp Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
2tbsp coconut cream
2tbsp coconut milk
1tsp vanilla powder or extract
30ml agave syrup
½ juice of lemon
Topping:
Fresh blueberries and blackberries
Vegan Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats Method
- Mix oats and water together and set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Blend all the ‘layer 2’ vanilla cream ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the vanilla cream on top of the oats and spoon mixed berries on the top of the cream.
- Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve cold.
Carrot Cake Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Layer 1:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup water
1tbsp Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
1 cup carrots, grated
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ nutmeg powder
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
30ml maple syrup
Layer 2:
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp coconut milk
½ agave syrup
Topping:
Coconut flakes and pecans, toasted
Carrot Cake Overnight Oats Method
- In a small bowl stir ‘layer 1’ ingredients together and pour the mixture into a small mason jar.
- Mix the ‘layer 2’ ingredients together until smooth.
- Then spoon the ‘layer 2’ mixture on the top of the carrot mixture.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes and pecans.
- Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve cold.
Peanut Butter and Hazelnut Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Layer 1:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup water
Layer 2:
½ scoop Pea Protein Roasted Cocoa
1tbsp cocoa powder
40ml agave syrup
60ml coconut yoghurt
60ml water
Topping:
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter Whole hazelnuts & raw cacao nibs

- Mix oats and water together and set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the oats mixture into a small mason jar.
- In a small bowl stir ‘layer 2’ ingredients together until smooth and spread on top of the oats mixture.
- Add the peanut butter and top with whole hazelnuts & raw cacao nibs.
- Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve cold.
