Ingredients
1 can chilled coconut cream
1 scoop Goat & Sheep Whey Protein
1 block (225g) firm tofu
1 cup goat milk yoghurt/coconut/soya/Greek yoghurt
3-4tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp cardamom
1tsp vanilla bean powder/paste
1tbsp bee pollen + 1 tbsp water
Toppings
Blueberry, raspberry, coconut, pumpkin seeds, bee pollen
Method
- Spoon coconut milk (leave the liquid behind) into a bowl. Add yoghurt, honey, Goat & Sheep whey protein and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, add tofu with cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla powder. Crumble the tofu into small pieces using your hand.
- Fold the tofu crumbles into the yoghurt mixture and stir in well.
- Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
