We’ve already shared one great homemade cereal recipe with you that you can make out of our Super Berry Overnight Oats and now we have another for all those granola lovers out there! Using just four ingredients, this tasty recipe takes just six minutes to make so is perfect weekend prep for your office breakfasts.

Granola Ingredients


100g Super Berry Overnight Oats


1tbsp Nutristrength Coconut Oil


2tbsp maple syrup


1tsp cinnamon, to taste


2tbsp water


 


Granola Method



  1. Place a pan on the hob over medium-high heat and bake the oats for 2 minutes.

  2. Then add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and water. Continue stirring the mixture until the oats start to turn golden brown and smell fragrant, which should take about 4 minutes.

  3. If your mixture is browning too fast, turn the heat down a bit. Remove the pan from the heat and let granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

  4. The granola will become crunchy as it cools. Enjoy!
