Smoothie Ingredients
1 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
2 medium apples, peeled and blended into apple sauce
1 cup pre-soaked cashews
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut cream
½ cup medjool dates, pitted
½tsp maca powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 big jar of ice
Topping
Homemade caramelized nuts granola (roasted nuts with coconut flour & cinnamon)
Method
Blend all of the ingredients at high speed until well combined. Pour the smoothie into two serving glasses and top with caramelised nuts. Enjoy!
